Join other college-age females to learn effective ways to conquer fear and anxiety. In this 6 week group, you will learn practical strategies to get yourself back in the driver’s seat of your life.

- Mondays at 8pm, September 11 – October 16 OR
- Thursdays at 2pm, September 7 – October 12
- 75 minutes per session
- Cost $60/session
About Katie Haitz
By use of connection, humor, and research-based approaches, Katie has effectively supported young women with anxiety challenges for many years. Exposure and Response Prevention is a gold standard method for addressing anxiety. Since being trained in this approach in 2020, Katie has seen a pronounced improvement in her clients’ abilities to manage stress and anxiety triggers, subsequently leading to an improved outlook on life.
