Weekly Child Anxiety Group
Perfectionism, worry, inattention, irritability… these are all different – yet all impactful – ways that anxiety can show up in our kids! This weekly group will follow a Cognitive Behavioral Curriculum in order to increase confidence, solidify strategies, and empower youth to overcome any anxious feelings.
Through fun and interactive curriculum, kids will learn strategies to decrease anxiety.
Cognitive behavioral therapy is a research based approach to address anxiety in people of all ages.

DIVORCE SUPPORT GROUP FOR ADOLESCENTS
Weekly Adolescent Divorce Support Group
Divorce is one of the biggest changes youth may face throughout their childhood, and deciphering how to navigate this time can be overwhelming. This weekly group is intended to support adolescents through the vast array of emotions experienced during and/or after their parents’ divorce. By means of activities, discussions, structured sharing, and games, youth will learn strategies to cope and experience a sense of belonging as they see that they’re not alone.

FEMALE ADOLESCENT ANXIETY GROUP
Weekly Girls Anxiety Group
The pressures adolescent girls face in this day and age can sometimes feel insurmountable. Outward pressures coupled with inward worry can easily impact our youth’s ability to cope and engage with life as one would hope. This weekly group will utilize curriculum to guide the group’s process, enabling the members to identify and change anxious thoughts, manage big feelings, and remain calm and mindful during anxiety provoking situations.
GUIDED BY CURRICULUM BUT FOCUSED ON PROCESS, YOUTH WILL LEARN STRATEGIES TO DECREASE ANXIETY

Katie Haitz is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been working with adolescents for over a decade, which includes specific support for anxiety, depression, and families experiencing divorce. She has a passion to help young people overcome obstacles and grow in connection to their family and community.
